Set in the small village of Girondelle, in the Thiérache Ardennaise valley, this guest house was built in a typical Ardennes-region-style. It has a garden with an outdoor terrace.

Very cozy atmosphere. Homemade dinner was exquisite. All wine and ingredients locally sourced. Off the beaten track, in quiet surrounding. Will definitely return.

Offering a bar and garden view, El Rancho Criollo is situated in Maubert-Fontaine, 30 km from Abbaye de Sept Fontaines Golf Course and 36 km from Bois du Tilleul Golf Course.

The tranquillity of the location was great with really helpful and friendly owners. Breakfast was really good and highly recommended - remember to pre-book. While we were staying, there was also the option of a meal on the Saturday night only (also pre-book), which was home cooked and also really good.
