We loved everything about Domaine de Plisseau!! It is exceptionally elegant, comfortable, and perfectly situated to enjoy Côtes de Bourg and surrounding areas. But even better than the property and the accommodations are the hosts!! Steffan and Florence treated us as family--making us dinner recommendations, telling us history and stories about the area and wine trade, and generally sharing their kind hearts and wisdom with us. Florence's breakfasts are also superb!! We loved their dog and cats and were lucky enough to meet their magnificent daughter, a sommelier. In short, we cannot recommended this domaine this enough and hope to return one day!!
