Now and again you find that really special place to visit! It was an absolute joy to stay in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful hosts and their passion and care for this beautiful place makes it the incredibly special place it is. No detail has been overlooked. L and S were so kind in welcoming our family and providing a dinner for us. How we would have loved to stay longer and we definitely intend to return! The building has an amazing history that is not ours to tell - to find it out you must go there and experience this magical place. Oh and there are breathtaking views…

This separate, self-contained apartment with outside space and swimming pool access was exactly what we needed after a long day's cycling. We arrived earlier than agreed but were greeted warmly and shown into the accommodation, and settled in immediately. The garden was a quiet oasis to sit in and the pool wonderful to cool off in. The kitchenette had everything we needed, with breakfast goodies left by the host to be enjoyed at the time of our choosing.

This was a lovely renovated rustic manor house in a quiet rural location at the west end of the Lot Valley. The host Mathieu was very friendly and enthusiastic and produced a lovely 3 course dinner for each of our 4 nights and took great pride in his cooking. We stayed in the large bedroom which had a huge private bathroom across the corridor with bath, shower, toilet and a wash basin each. It was in the attic with 40 steps up. The other bedrooms were on the first floor. There was a lovely outdoor eating area (sometimes used for weddings) and nice pool area with table tennis on the nearby lawn and a small pool table in a nearby building. We virtually had the place to ourselves (first week of June). There was bike hire in nearby Aiguillon and Clairac for cycling along the River Lot.
