He showed us the silex (flint rocks) he has found on his property, which have been officially verified as authentic.

Home away from home. Thank you Helen for letting us stay at your beautiful house. The place was exactly what we were looking for: authentic French cottage feeling, chickens, nature, trees, fresh air. We felt sad to leave. We stayed in a little studio which has everything you needed (and more!). Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Attached to the room is a veranda, perfect for your morning coffee. The town is a 15 minute walk. Small town but had everything you need: boulangerie, small supermarket and couple restaurants.

Laura ist the best host, you can imagine - we never had such an incredible experience before! She is very mindful, empathic and helpful with planning excursions or with proposals for markets in the villages and good restaurants. The house is beautiful and the garden is like a paradise. Perfect breakfast in a wonderful setting: when it is warm enough, it is served on the terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend to book!
