The owner of the house is incredible nice, gentle and helpful. The breakfast is very complete. Total freedom, and lots of flexibility in terms of check-in/out times and breakfast times. Really close (12-15') to the Palais, so perfect for the Film Festival. Super quiet area - ideal for going to bed early or waking up late. Room had total sound isolation with the exterior, and although the wall with the adjoining room is thin, the couple staying there was very quiet and respectful so I did not hear anything. Room is fully equipped and nicely decorated. (As is the whole house!) More than enough space in the room. Ventilation and light are good.
