Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming. They were great company. Had some lovely chats by the fire and found out all about the house and its history. It was also really special to have the hamam after a long day's drive. Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly host that reacted immediately when there were issues. When we arrived there was an issue with the swimming pool because of the extreme hot weather. It was fixed within a day. After a couple of days the fridge broke down on a Sunday. We could use her fridge and by Monday afternoon we had a new fridge and a box of 6 bottles of local red wine for the inconvenience. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids of 5 and 7. There are actually 3 rooms in the property so everyone had his own room which was nice. It’s a superb location in a quiet area but Bordeaux is close by. The bakery and supermarket is within walking distance. Nice and clean rooms and everything you need. Private parking space. We highly recommend this place.

Catherine was a lovely host. She was very communicative and welcoming. The villa was a very comfortable place to stay for a night whilst we were taking our road trip. This is the first place we stayed at that had enough plug sockets and they were in a sensible place for overnight charging. We had full use of the plunge pool on a very hot day and evening, we were able to enjoy it privately in a peaceful garden setting. We had dinner delivered as we were too tired to venture out. Catherine, very perceptive and attentive, noticed that we had food delivered and asked if we needed cutlery (this was above and beyond!) Breakfast was very nice, juice, croissants - typical continental style. We were able to park the car easily off the road and it as well as the area felt secure and safe. There were some mosquitos and we had already brought the “after bite” treatment with us - we’d come again out of mosquito season to enjoy the outside space even more. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved everything about our stay here. The hosts Alain and Annick were amazing and made sure our stay was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable . Annick made the most amazing breakfast each more with homemade jams and dishes . It was a great way to start our day. You do need a car as its a bit out of town but this is what made it so special. Being able to relax on the balcony with a glass of local red was what we needed after the being in the busy cities. Treat yourself to a few days here , you won't regret it
