Lovely character property ion the edge of a pretty village well positioned for exploring the area. Good walks from the door. Welcoming, helpful hostess. Tasty breakfast with fresh croissant, fruit and home made jams. Peaceful garden to sit out in when the weather is good; cosy lounge if it isn’t.

We loved everything about our stay here. We were looking for a place near the villages of Chateau-Chalon and Baume-les-Messieurs and the location couldn't have been better. It's in a small village and thus very quiet and also very untouristy feeling. Our hosts, Christelle and Sebastien were marvelous and welcomed us with drinks, told us about the area and even found an open restaurant (which was great) nearby and made a reservation for us. Breakfast was exceptional as well. The renovations they've made to this centuries old home are both tasteful and delightful, a great blend of old and new. We loved our time there and will definitely go back if we're anywhere close to that region again.

Lovely small B&B with beautifully decorated rooms, in the village center of Chateau Chalon. Excellent breakfast included homemade jams. Martine is an excellent, friendly, helpful and generous host.

This is a beautiful property run by a lovely couple. The rooms are very large, well appointed and clean. The bathrooms are deluxe. The breakfast is expansive and wonderful and the service is attentive. The grounds are fantastic and although you'll probably stay in Domblans because its close to Chateau Chalon, the town of Domblans itself is also very nice. We can't wait to come back.
