gorgeous 19th century chateau just 10 minutes outside of Bayeux. couple that runs it is extremely pleasant (NB: they speak almost no English). Family suite was truly huge. Grounds were beautiful to walk, and the place is pin drop quiet.

This was an amazing place! Olivier was a very caring and helpful host. His house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The breakfasts he prepared for us completely exceeded our expectations! Many delicious things to choose from. The location was also convenient. Both for exploring the beauty of Bayeux and for visiting the D-Day landing beaches. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We so enjoyed our stay with you. The check-in process was quick and everyone settled into their rooms then we went our walking around the city. The location is great because it is quiet but so easy to walk to everything. We slept well in the comfortable rooms and the breakfast is in the morning which was so delicious. Your suggestions for things to do were a great addition to our itinerary.

Amazing stay at this lovely manor. Highly recommend it for a stay to visit Bayeux and the surrounding areas including DDAY sites along Normandy. Christine is a superb host and the property is very charming and a very relaxed place to enjoy downtime. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk into the town of Bayeux ( it doesn't feel that long).
