We absolutely LOVED staying at Chteau Fleur D'Aya! We were immediately made to fee super welcome and in fact on our first night we chose to sit and eat our dinner (bought from a local supermarket) with Henri and loved listening to his stories about the amazing restoration he implemented at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is a fabulous mix of historical beauty and modern interior design - it has been renovated in a stunningly sensitive and clever way and we loved staying somewhere so different! The beds were super comfortable and the shower and bath etc were wonderful. We actually did not find the time to get a swim in as we at two Rugby World Cup matches to attend but it looked wonderful and the hosts were super relaxed about us using it at any time. We are hoping to make a return sometime in the future when we have more time to enjoy the Chateau and Bordeaux and it's surroundings.

Easy to find, Claire was helpful. Room was large and well equipped. Great bathroom. Decent restaurant only a 8 min walk under the railway line.

Beautiful peaceful location out of Bordeaux, but near to the wine region chateaux and small towns for restaurants, easy access to the very efficient park and ride tram system into Bordeaux city. The room was spacious and comfortable, air-con if we needed it (we didn't!) and shutters to make for a dark room for sleeping. Great bathroom and nice seating spaces inside and out. Lovely pool area, vineyard views. A lovely touch with a bottle of local red to enjoy. Breakfast was more than adequate with our hostess able to meet our needs, also giving helpful suggestions re parking for tram, and booking dinner reservations for us. Definitely a great stay out of the city but close enough to everywhere we wanted to go.

El hotel es precioso, con pocas habitaciones pero muy amplias, luminosas y cómodas. El jardín es espacioso y muy agradable. El desayuno es estupendo, casero, abundante y sabroso. Sebastián y Silvia son encantadores y están pendientes en todo momento de que sus huéspedes se sientan a gusto. Un diez!

Simple but nice breakfast, location was excellent and that's what we needed. I was expecting noise because of the central location but I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Catherine was very welcoming and a lovely host.

This is not just a hotel. You will really feel at home here. A very hospitable landlord. Indeed, you feel like a part of the family. Very clean. Very tasty breakfasts. I liked the homemade yogurt. There is an opportunity to have a conversation with other guests at breakfast. The breakfasts on the terrace are great. The rooms are quiet. The neighbours are almost inaudible. Great location. Not in the downtown. That's why it's quiet at night. There are either 3 tram stops to the center, or on foot across the bridge. About 20 minutes.
