For the house, it is cozy and it has all kinds of tools that you need. The bed is comfortable; it comes with a supportive mattress. Most importantly, the landlord is very responsive and helpful, always willing to offer a hand. I would definitely pick this house again in the future. (Too bad that I've forgotten to take some good pictures for the house...)
