The location! The service! The level of clean environment! Fresh and the stuff at the reception cared and advised about every detail :) Even on the last day I could take a shower after the beach day although the check out was at 11 - I could still come back to the hotel and pick up my luggage and shower. They also offered me a beach towel and an umbrella after check out - free of charge! I will definitely come back!! 🙌🏼☺️

We also had a delay and we arrived late at night at the hostal, after the check in hour, but there was someone from the staff that was waiting for us and helped with the check in. So this place is definitely a true gem. Ibiza is an expensive destination and finding great value at reasonable price is hard. This place is super clean, fresh, the state of the rooms definitely deserves a higher rating than it has. Everything feels new. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thorough cleaning every day by super friendly lady. Food is nice. Can't recommend it highly enough (especially at the low rate we paid) and will definitely come back soon. Also walking distance from the legendary Sunset at Café Mambo

Otherwise, it was absolutely lovely and clean, and the balcony is incredibly spacious and awesome for Instagram photo ops. It’s about a 10-20 minute walk to the beach.

We were upgraded to 4 star brand new hotel at the same place by the Staff. The location is one of the bests. Close to the beaches, buss station city center and famous clubs. Breakfasts are amazing with diversity of food. we had a poll as an upgrade. There was a good coffee machine. Rooms were contemporary decorated, very clean and comfy. Bathroom was large and bright.
