It was like a little cottage. Very clean, comfortable, great shower with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Roses in the yard and one on my bed! Great kitchen and comfy living room

The breakfast was great and a very good value. It’s close to the Camino. The manager was very kind and didn’t hesitate to find me a new room when there was a problem with the first one. Very professional!

great bed! great shower! easy check in and accommodated dropping off my bag and I could stay earlier because the room was ready. quiet!

The staff is very nice and tries to help in any way. Their English is limited, but hey we are in Spain, so we should put all effort in speaking Spanish. Also, across the street is a laundry service!

Lots of choices for breakfast and open early. Kind family run hostal. The location was about 3 miles from the historic district but not far from the Camino and on the way to Villafranca.

A wonderful stay here, Very comfortable, peaceful room. I slept well. The host was kind and welcoming and the facilities were great for a pilgrim walking the camino. The use of a kitchen, washing machine and good place to dry clothes. Also wonderful to be able to have a good breakfast in the bar downstairs before starting the day’s walk.

This property is exceptional … 5 stars across the board. From our initial arrival to departure, our wonderful hosts couldn’t have done more. We arrived tired & weary after a long day walking the Camino & immediately we were made feel so welcome. We had laundry that needed to be done & our host gave us a bag & advised that he would have them done in 35 mins which he did at a minimal cost of €4. This amazing house felt like a home and represents superb value for money. Centrally located, close to bars, shops, restaurants and lovely riverside area. Gorgeous patio area outside and really comfy large bed. Breakfast was an absolute treat from bananas with cinnamon & sugar to the most beautiful home produced honey, scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt etc, we left well fed for the 32km walk into Villafranca. I would recommend this property highly to anyone needing a treat doing the Camino…. I can assure you that you will want for nothing.
