This property was absolutely amazing, and was the best one we stayed at our entire trip! The value for money here is unbeatable. The staff at this property are extremely attentive, kind, helpful, and the most welcoming we’ve come across in Europe! The people staying here are treated like family. The facilities are up-kept very well and are all clean. Beautiful place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

During my recent stay at Hostal Neptuno in Peguera, Mallorca, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value offered by this small hotel. Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. The hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the disturbance of outside noise. This tranquility made for a truly restful experience, which is often a challenge in such popular tourist destinations. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.
