We liked everything. The decorations, room - bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and it was by the Camino de Santiago. Most of all we liked our hostess Dori - a kind, caring person who tended to all our needs, including washing our stuff and getting up early to prepare our breakfast. And to cap it all she was very 'simpatica'. Thank you Dori for one of the best stops in our very long Camino.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The hostal was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. The menu was explained very well and I really enjoyed my dinner.There was a map left in my room of Astorga and it provided a wide range of information for me. This environment gave me one of the best nights of sleep along the way. Before leaving in the early morning, the owner gave me a glass of fresh orange juice and stood at the door to watch me leave. Thank you for such a wonderful farewell.
