Hostal Roma is a great deal. The room (double bed) was very clean and quiet. The location is really great - it's right in the downtown area and so you walk out the door and there are many restaurants, cafes, stores for shopping all there. Great area to move around and have tapas. Also close to the beaches and Maria Pita, old part of town.

The lady who welcomed us was really kind and helpful! She let us to leave our bags in the room already in the morning. Everything was so clean, even the shared bathroom was great! The room had not only a great view but it was very well equipped. They have a small fridge and a kettle. She even left us some coffe and tee with mugs, WiFi was working properly.

The hotel is down a short alley off one of the main pedestrian streets which is a great location and it was reasonably quiet at night. The busstops to both the bus and train station stopped a stone's throw away. (2 different buses). Lots of bars, restaurants, beach etc on the doorstep.
