Kind, helpful, informative people and a home-like setting. The owner's were so kind, and offered great suggestions for the area. You're literally less than 5 minutes away from Durango. Breakfast was made to order and wonderful! Really felt like you were staying with family. The bed was comfortable. This was a great value for the money!

It's well located, in a nice quiet neighbourhood not far from the Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Errota offers very good facilities: there is a nice café downstairs with a small garden, and guests also have access to a gym (although I didn't use it).

Staff is incredible (thanks to Olatz for warm welcome and Irune for delicious breakfast and excellent tips on sites in the area!). Rooms are very cozy, we had amazing views of the mountains. The entire hotel is decorated so tastefully. We highly recommend the Herriko restaurant in town, a short stroll from hotel. Garai is an excellent base to explore the Basque region.
