Jose is just a great host and very kind person! He made our stay incredibly warm and cozy! He is very passionate about nature and willing to share his knowledge with guests of hotel. We went with him at night to feed deers and observe nightlife of other animals. Location of hotel is perfect for staying before or after visiting Ciudad Encantada. Really quiet and relaxing place. Room was clean. Dinner was tasty at hotels restaurant.

The location is excellent, the city center is just across the street and the old town is just 10 minutes up a hill. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean.

Within 10 minutes’ walk of Cuenca’s famous Hanging Houses and the cathedral, Posada Tintes is set in the lower part of old town, next to the Huecar River, 700 metres from the city centre.

The staff was very helpful. They booked a train ticket for me online. They did a great job of showing me cool places to see and eat.

Hostal Cortes is located in the center of Cuenca, just 300 meters from the bus station and a 10-minute walk away we can find the famous Casas Colgadas.

The room was very good and the bathroom had an excellent shower, hot water and very private. The location is great, just 15 -20 min from the train station and really close to the Old Town. I really enjoyed staying there.

This new, contemporary-styled hotel offers fantastic panoramic views over the historic city of Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Quiet. The bed & pillows were comfortable. There is armoire with some hangers; always a plus. There is hot water, soap & towels. It's a 20-minute walk to the bus station. There is a TV & air-conditioner but I didn't use either. One can catch the bus to the train station at the Cervantes bus stop; about 15 minutes from the hostel. Plaza Mayor and Cuenca Cathedral is a good 35-minute walk, mostly up the side of a mountain.
