Loved the room, best shower ever :) Loved the kitchen corner - nice also for some remote working. Great view from the rooftop terrace (you can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises). It’s a pity we discovered this place only our last night there. Will definitely be back!

Clearly the management cares after the space and the plants in the courtyard and garden, which are lavish.

its really a paradaiso perdido. A good place to let it all go and enjoy your stay. The breakfast is included in the price (which peoples seem to forget as also cleaning ) and therefore its wonderful to have such big variety in a creative way. The owners are super and even Salvatore matches good in the team. i have made friends for sure . A recommendation it is. The heart and soul is find back in the B&B.The owners can be proud . And if u stay longer then a few days u even start to enjoy the area.

I was staying here with my 4 months old baby daughter for 3 nights in July 2022. We had the only room on the second floor, with direct access to the roof top patio with ocean view. It was brilliant. We basically had the whole roof top patio all for ourselves. From the bed, we were looking on plants and a seating area that belonged to the room. Behind that were several chairs and tables that are supposedly used for breakfast normally, but nobody was using them during the time of our stay. Everything was super clean and the room was very nice. It even had a fridge. It was basically two rooms, a bedroom and a lounge area with sofa and TV, that were separated by a wooden room divider. The location was very central in the old town with cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the beach all in close walking distance. The only downside was that it could get rather noisy at night since there were bars right next to the hostel. However, we found a perfect solution for this: the sofa was convertible to a bed, so we slept in that part of the room - if you close the door between the two areas it is nice and quite there. The ladys at reception were very nice and helpful - thank you very much for that! I wish we could have stayed longer but the Hostal was unfortunately fully booked for the following two nights. Therefore, we had to move to another place for our last two nights which cost almost the same but was a lot less nice than Hostal El Alojado de Velarde.
