This place is a taxi ride away from down town (4 dollars). This gives you more tranquility and a fresher enviorment than being down town. The place also has a small pool which was refreshing.They offer free pickup and drop off in the first and last day. Room was clean and the communication with the hosts was great at all times. They also prepared great breakfast and gave us a packed breakfast for the days we left early. A great stay.

We just loved the vibe of the place and the view of the ocean in a distance. It is a little bit of a walk from town but cabs are reasonably priced to make the way back home. The rooms are up on the third floor - great view but you need to walk up the stairs to get to your room.

the property is located a few minutes by car out of town, in a green area full of fruit trees, which for us is a big plus! ( it’s only 2 USD to get there by taxi. The owner (Alfredo) was just the perfect host. we had a problem with the luggage. He went to the airport ( while we were in a day tour) and try to find the luggage for us.

Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Fantastic host Harry was always there for us, made us feel super comfortable and helped us finding a way to our trips. Great breakfast, with fruits and nice with vege options.

Everything is fantastic in this guesthouse. Is just that I spent too many days in Santa Cruz and I was left with only 2 nights in San Cristobal. Soon after I arrived my both eyes had conjunctivitis, I had to leave the island to Quito to see an eye specialist. The husband-and-wife team who manage this place are wonderful people. They are informative. I hope to return soon.

The host doesn’t speak English but she managed to respond messages. The hostel is old but well organized, daily service was good. Free drink water was provided. WiFi was smooth! Air conditioner was powerful. There was a lot of hot water for shower.

The hosts are super nice and happy to help with anything. We had to leave very early on our last day, so they just left the stuff for breakfast in the kitchen and we could take it. The room was very big, comfortable and clean (we got a fresh set of towels after 2 days) and also the location is very good. Breakfast was good too (bread, scrambled eggs, tea/coffee, fresh orange juice) - only tiny thing, a small side of fruits along with the breakfast would be awesome. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this hostel!
