The host was extremely helpful even when we didn’t have cash on us he vouched for us for the groceries and we could use his laptop for downloading maps on my watch. The owner was very helpful person, even though there was a language barrier, he came to help us to tow our car when we got into trouble stucked in the mud when turning the wrong road. Sadly due to short of time we couldn't attend any tours that he organizes by himself but I highly recommend to do it. Room and bathroom were super clean.

Henrry is a very welcoming, friendly and funny person. Location of the hostel is in prime location, also step away from Bus terminal. Henrry managed for our tubing trip , it was an awesome. This hostel is best for solo and families.

El Septimo Paraiso is a really unique hotel. Set in lush forest, you are surrounded by wildlife, hummingbirds, toucans and more. Walking into the hotel, you realise you've discovered a forgotten, vintage gem - there's a bar, a reading room, balconies, games room (with card table of course), swimming pools, fountains, trails. It's a little bit jaded in places but that just adds to the charm. The staff couldn't be more welcoming or more helpful. Do come here if you want a breath of fresh air in nature and you're looking to slow down, chill out and watch hummingbirds from your hammock. If you're looking for a 24 hour party - nah stay in the middle of town. Would we stay here again? We'd love to. Really special.
