- Victor Hugo and his family are super welcoming and helpful. Victor Hugo is a bible of knowledge (has been a tour guide for 20 years) and always happy to help - perfect location in the city center (10mn walk from the bus station) - the little panaderia in the corner is perfect for a quick breakfast before going on a hike

The right place to be if you like to climb the Cotopaxi. They will connect you with a guide and even will let you borrow for free hat, gloves, whatever you need. safe location close to many affordable restaurants.

The alpacas are sooo cute! Grace is a lovely hostess. Breakfast was delicious- fresh fruit, granola, pancake, eggs, coffee. Dinner was also great- Grace was very conscious of any dietary needs. The room was cosy and warm with a wood stove and many comfy blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte (en av de snakket engelsk og). Veldig bra takterrasse hvor det var mulig å se Cotopaxi. Bra beliggenhet med koselig gågate utenfor. Kort vei til mange minibanker og koselig park. 15 min å gå fra busstasjonen. Byen og området rundt hostellet føltes veldig trygt ut.
