Great property and great value! Thorgan who welcomed me was super friendly and attentive. I was a solo female traveller and the area felt very secure, there is a metro 2 min away and a tram stop. There is a communal fridge and tea facilities which can be used and a thermostat in the room. Would be good for solo travellers doing their own thing or for a group to all have their own rooms but have a common area for drinks
