The staff was so friendly and helpful. Andre took us right to he Sunbittern. He pointed out many species at the lodge. There was great viewing from the lodge and the 2nd large viewing platform. He also arranged a pass to the Rancho lodge for our first sighting of the Snowcap Hummingbird. Daisy is an excellant chef and paid special attention to our dietary restrictions. Our meals were so delicious. She made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were comfy and spotless. Daisy is always working and very loveable. Omar was super friendly and helped me with my Spanish, as was the other fellow. I loved our stay here and the natural surroundings. Quieter and less crowded than some lodges. I was very sad to leave.

La zona comunitaria és molt completa, a part de sofas i taules disposa d'un petit futbolí i una taula de billar. La Jessica és molt simpàtica i amable, ens va ajudar a programar la nostra visita a la zona. Tot i quedar un xic apartat del centre, s'hi arriba a mb 5 minuts a peu.

Beautiful craftsmanship, interesting design and a great location. We had a queen suite, very comfortable and a great view. The staff and owner were extremely nice.
