But the neighborhood is quite and safe, only sometimes cars pass by making some noise. The host is super nice. He introduced us all attractions on a map, and offered us free laundry. We appreciate that.

It was a wonderful experience at the Hostal Miramar: Mario was very welcoming, attentive, social, helpful and very concerned about my well-being (the breakfasts were delicious by the way, with homemade products such as jam). The room was spacious, very clean and bright. I had everything I needed, and even more (books about Valparaíso, Street Art, etc.). I would recommend it 100% and I won't hesitate to come back for new adventures!

Not far to walk to the home of Pablo Neruda (Chilean poet, worth the visit). Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. “Magic Chile” taxi company (Felipe and his drivers) brought us from San Antonio port (60 miles) and took us on to Santiago airport about 60 miles again) was reasonable, prompt and reliable.
