Half of the hotel fee was supposed to be refunded, the family that owns the facility made a great gesture and refunded the entire amount, which made us happy.

Super clean, maintained well. Beautiful design. Good breakfast. Good storage room for skis. There is an underground parking at lounge, so there car is kept out of snow. The location is great: a minute walk to the Pardatschgrat lift, 2 mins to Fimba. But it won’t be perfect without the people. Diana especially and others were super nice helpful and friendly. They gave great advices even before we came and assisted us with any problem we had with a lot of patience and understanding. Thank you so much!
