The host was very nice and always helpful, the house is beautifully outfitted and always clean. The garden which was well kept and had lovely lawn chairs completed the nice atmosphere. From the balcony you could see the lake and the breakfast was simple but of high quality.

Sabrina and the rest of the team were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains and the property generally had lots of relaxation areas which we enjoyed. Breakfast was also very nicely presented and delicious. I would highly recommend Case di Sotto and would definitely stay here again.

We love the location, so convenient to go around. The girls running the place are very friendly and nice. We asked ticino tickets for the bus, we got via email right away. Shared bathroom was OK. The people staying were very considerate. I like the balcony window of our room.

Excellent location, since we went for running half-marathon Ascona-Locarno, we needed a place near Piazza Grande in the center of Locarno. This small appartment was 250 meters from Piazza Grande, just perfect. Still, it was silent at night, good beds, we slept great. We expected just a room, but we also got a kitchenette and a lot of space. 600 meters from Train station, so we easily reached it by walking. Friendly personnel, all was great.
