The accommodation is exceptional from start to finish. Everything was impeccably clean which is very important to us. There is a bus stop in front of the guest house which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes. This means that it is super easy to travel around the area. The host was fantastic as he explains everything very clearly and is very accommodating. The host was one of the best we have ever experienced. There is a breakfast as well which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Gasthaus Zum Kreuz

Great place in a quiet town just outside of Lucerne (about 5 minutes by car/train). There are also some good restaurants near by, and free parking at the B&B- so the location is really fantastic. Silvia is very kind and warm and she makes you feel welcomed. Overall a very good experience.

A nice quiet place outside of the main city with a beautiful view of Pilatus from the room. Amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. You can contact him anytime for suggestions and guidance to move around and is happy to help to his best always. You have an amazing view from the terrace covering portion of the beautiful Lucerne Lake on one side with a vast green field to the other but of course Pilatus takes the center view towering over everything.

It was a quiet location as well. Check-in was easy (once we figured out that the check-in is inside the building, and you just have to push very hard on the door to get into the building. We thought it was locked and we were stuck outside for 10+ minutes before we figured it out. Absolutely wonderful place to stay, and incredibly cheap!
