The room was very nice with newly renovated rooms and bathroom. We had a nice balcony which was nice and we enjoyed our evenings with beautiful views. It was quite Hot on the first day and then the next day it was cooler. The hotel provided with fans in the room which unlike our other hotels in Switzerland didnt offer any. The reception was very helpful and attentive to all our needs.

It's a very good home base exploring the Jungfrau Region. The room is stayed in for 4 nights was very comfortable. Super clean. I slept like a baby. I was in the single room with an external private bathroom. It was perfectly fine walking a few steps to use it. The breakfast is very good. Everyone that works at the hotel are super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Washing machine cost 10 CHF and free dryer machine. Just sometimes not enough to accomodate many user at once. Great location, near bus stop to train station at west or ost. Price were the cheapest in the area & with many facilities. Breakfast simple but enough for me.

We didn't use spa etc but room and bathroom were of generous size to presumably allow for easier mobility of a resident or guest. Clean. Nice balcony with garden view. We didn't know there was a sunshade on outer balcony to keep room cooler. It would have been nice to know or to have a fan. Excellent breakfast. Charming place but different from hotel feel. Hotel is like a museum with many grandfather clocks and antique furniture. Very grateful to the owner who offered to help dry and keep our laundry after a wash at the hotel's laundromat while we were out sightseeing. Exemplary service indeed !

Shops, restaurants/takeaways and groceries are nearby. Baby bed was provided and also lots of toys. Automatic coffee machine with grinder was great, some coffee beans were provided (we brought our favorite coffee beans anyway).
