Fantastic location, really beautiful and scenic. We got upgraded to a family room on the 4th floor with stunning views over The Valley. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bed linen. Shower was very hot. Staff really friendly.

The mountain view in front of hotel is amazing. The staff is very nice. A coffee/tea machine can be used 24 hours, which is very good. I like the bench view from garden. First cable station is just next to hotel and it is 10 min walking to train station. Many restaurants and supermarket is close also. A clear instruction for check in after working hour is very clear.

The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our luggage there on the final day after checkout so we were able to enjoy the day without pulling suitcases around. The location was great! We were a few blocks from the train station and a half block from the tram going up the mountain. The views from the hotel were amazing!
