Very nice breakfast with a variety of local fruits, bread, ham and cheese. A wonderful terrace to sit outside. Peaceful garden. Very close to the lake, just 5 min walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at bnb122, which is truly a home away from home - Dea always tries to go out of her way to help make my stay even more pleasant, including the most amazing homemade breakfasts I've had, and even kindly offering me a ride to the next town after missing the bus. Come with an open mind, try out everything offered at breakfast (as I did - you definitely won't be disappointed), and enjoy the garden terrace view overlooking the lake! Hope to be back in the near future soon for another stay :)

A very nice, jazz-themed hotel, situated just a 5-minute walk from the lake. Everywhere was clean and cozy. Lovely terrace to hang out in and rooms were clean and big. Great breakfast! Private parking available in the garage.

The hosts are super nice, met us at the parking to guide and show the way to the B&B, explained everything very well, and even though we were 1h late for the breakfast, prepared it fresh. The location is amazing in the historic town and just few meters from the lake. The place is in the historic building and has a nice charm, nevertheless the room and facilities are very convenient.

As we booked the Comfort Junior Suite, it was just great! the suite it selfs, the panorama view over Ascona, the silence on the large balcony etc.

Really great location in the old city of Locarno, close to Piazza Grande, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet street. Piazza Castello bus stop is nearby. Pretty courtyard. Friendly owner. Very clean. Simple but comfortable. The add-on breakfast was very good if a little pricey.
