Great amenities in the room, wine glasses, kurig, high quality linens and towels, chocolate. Lovely understated decor. Large room. Quiet despite central location. A full shared kitchen available. A lot of places skimp on the details or purchase inexpensive furnishings, not these hosts. They've done a great job of making a historic home modern without stripping the charms.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, The Elizabeth Manor Guesthouse is located in St. John's, 2.2 km from Signal Hill and 200 metres from Government House.

It was a super cute with lovely rooms, very comfortable beds! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also fantastic. Walking distance to everything in St Johns and lots of on street parking. We would absolutely stay again.

Leaside Manor, bed and breakfast a St. John's

This St. John’s property provides a daily hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. A refrigerator is offered in each guest room. St. John’s town centre is 7 minutes’ drive away.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. They had a lovely cozy spot to sit by the fire and chat. The interior was beautiful wood. Breakfast was delicious and that offered a rotating menu so we enjoyed a different meal each day of our stay. Pam and Patricia were fabulous and made our stay welcoming and homey. Staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Very cute and cosy. Close to downtown and grocery store. Great place and staff.

Breakfast just how we like it plain delicious and sharing the bid table with other people was a very interesting experience loved it
