The hosts Milly and Bill were very friendly and also offered both dinner and breakfast as part of the stay and both meals were exceptional. It was good to meet two other couples staying at the same time and we had some good discussions over meals. Bill also suggested interesting places to visit around Port Alberni.

The host is very nice and responsive. The breakfast is great. Everything is exceeded my exception.

Great place to stay! Would absolutely recommend anyone to book. The owners are great people, who will give you a very warm welcome. You have all the privacy of a basement room, and its very spacious. Highlights of my stay; breakfast (you don't need food for the rest of the day until diner) and great recommendations for sightseeing in the area (I even got a personal tour to the salmon river).

We loved the boat! It was nice and cool on the water. The hosts were super pleasant and very enjoyable. The breakfasts were to die for. We also splurged and enjoyed a beautiful and delicious Moroccan dinner our first night there. We would do it again.

The large Family Suite we reserved was lovely. Clean, modern, all the conveniences you could want, especially if you were a sizeable group and could take advantage of a longer stay. There is a fully-stocked kitchen that we weren't able to take advantage of, but would have been great if needed. Also, the location was ideal for us, since it was halfway across the island, and it made our day trips very convenient.
