The view was fantastic. Ariane the greeter graciously heated up a chicken pie for my sister and me as the restaurant was closed and we were dead tired. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning and Lucette the other greeter was equally charming.

the setting was very pleasant looking out over The St.Lawrence river. Nice private patio attached to the room with the same view. Welcome cocktail was most appreciated after a long drive that day. Breakfast was delicious & beautifully served. The local cheeses on crispy toasts were a nice touch.

Yves was a great host. Very considerate, welcoming and having good recommendations. He offered a delicious welcome drink and for the night chocolate and digestif. The 3 course breakfast was delicious and with local ingredients. Our room was on the first floor and had a private balcony with view on St.-Lawrence-River and gorgeous sunsets. House is just a short walk downhill to St-Lawrence-River and restaurants (Pizzeria & hotel with fish restaurant) as well a communal swimming pool.

Despite a late arrival, I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed an early morning breakfast with a view of the St.-Lawrence River in a quaint dining area. Fresh fruit plate, followed by a sampling of local, artisanal cheeses and homemade blueberry French toast. I highly recommend this establishment!
