We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Latemberg. Close to Gent if you want to visit, but located in a very calm village. A very good breakfast. Marina is very nice and she is concerned that the guests are satisfied.

We loved the quiet and peaceful setting, looking out over the countryside from our bedroom window. The stunning room and bathroom were gorgeous. The breakfast buffet filled every imaginable desire. Best of all we’re the friendly hosts who knew how to make everyone at every age feel welcome and cared for.

Hosts are great. Breakfast was great, great food. Location is great. Amenities are great. The price is a bit high, but it is during the highest peak of the season in this region, during the Tour of Flanders, De Ronde van Vlaanderen, a cycling event. So that might explain why.

Desayuno super completo, servido con una atención exquisita (por los dueños) en un salon de triple altura con ventanales a ambos lados espectacular. La hospitalidad y servicio prestado en todo momento estuvieron a la altura de cualquier hotel 5*. Habitación super amplia, con triple altura de techo, reformada en 2023 con materiales de altísima calidad. Muy bien insonorizada (cero ruido exterior) con mucha iluminación natural y muy bien clinatizada. Cama XL súper cómoda. Ducha de obra amplia y bañera de diaeño en la habitación. Todo ello en un conjunto arquitectónico tipico del área (casa principal, antiguos establos...) fantásticamente renovado y mantenido. Super destino para disfruta de la zona y del mismo edificio.

't Oezent is located at the heart of the 'Vlaamse Ardennen', a really beautiful region to explore on foot or by bike. We were warmly welcomed by Bert when we arrived and felt immediately at home. The room that we stayed in was spacious and had an impressive view over the landscape, amazing to wake up like this in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful, with self made jams and gingerbread. There is plenty of parking space at the B&B itself. I travelled for business and this was an excellent spot to calm down after a busy day.

Elke and Wout were very welcoming and helpful. The made sure we had everything we needed and were readily available to help navigate the area when needed. A lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The place is well kept, nice, and peaceful.

Lovely and peaceful surroundings inside and out. Warm and attentive hosts very willing to help as well as give space. Breakfast was sublime and massive. I came for the Tour of Flanders and the location was a 25 minute walk from a famous climb for the men's race and the women's race passed under my window. Can't beat that.
