Very clean and spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed. Excellent food with seafood dishes. Breakfast was also served impeccably. Very friendly staff that also speak English. The location is superb, situated in the heart of the city and very close to the tram station for the line that goes from De Panne to Knocke. Very convenient. We will visit again. Highly recommended!!

Zitoun is a really hidden gem! Rooms were very inviting, with a personal touch, huge comfortable bed, nice presented, cosy lounge with all the right tools. Bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was heaven, Zitoun B&B takes it to a higher level. One word absolute top!!

My wife and I stayed at B/B Koolhof on our way to Germany the the guest house was very clean and comfortable in a lovely rural setting not far from the motorway, the host Caroline was extremely helpful would definitely stay again.

First of all the owners are nice and kind people and the communication was clear and fast, then the location is great: 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, relaxing living room and a nice and quiet garden. A parking space is also available in front of the house which is extremely convenient. The property is close to everything: restaurants, city centre, supermarket. Finally, by car, in a few minutes one may reach the beach. Plopsaland amusement park is a must and this is 20-30 minutes by car.

The room and facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean, a nice garden area in which to sit out when the weather dictates it and our breakfast was delicious, cooked by Gabor himself. At the time we stayed there, we were in fact the only guests, but that in no way reflects on the standard or quality of the hotel. It was a Monday evening at a quiet time of the year.
