We arrived earlier than expected on our motorbike,soaking wet from a rainstorm and were warmly greeted by the hosts . From then on our stay just got better and better. Luxurious bedroom with a lovely view of the beautiful gardens. Our hosts then offered to drive and collect us from a local restaurant. After a very comfortable night's sleep we were then treated to a delicious breakfast including tasty homemade bread and jams,eggs from their chickens, local ham, and cheeses. The room was clean, a water heater was available and even some coffee and thee was provided. The internet was very good. Downstairs, there was a space with fridge and microwave. But what I liked the most were the bikes. Since it is not easy to drive into Leuven by car and even more difficult to find a parking spot without paying a lot of money, I drove into town by bike. This city is made for bikers and most roads which are forbidden for cars are available for bikers.
