We arrived earlier than expected on our motorbike,soaking wet from a rainstorm and were warmly greeted by the hosts . From then on our stay just got better and better. Luxurious bedroom with a lovely view of the beautiful gardens. Our hosts then offered to drive and collect us from a local restaurant. After a very comfortable night's sleep we were then treated to a delicious breakfast including tasty homemade bread and jams,eggs from their chickens, local ham, and cheeses. Perfect ,hoping to come again to see more of Belgium. Clare and Martin 🙂x

The room was clean, a water heater was available and even some coffee and thee was provided. The internet was very good. Downstairs, there was a space with fridge and microwave. But what I liked the most were the bikes. Since it is not easy to drive into Leuven by car and even more difficult to find a parking spot without paying a lot of money, I drove into town by bike. This city is made for bikers and most roads which are forbidden for cars are available for bikers.

We had a really good time in this cute hotel, with lovely decoration in the staircase and dining-room. (In March it was Easter decoration.) The host is really kind and helpful, she does her best to make guest feel comfortable. She made nice breakfast for us, nice pencakes were waiting for us every morning (beside ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts and others). We booked a quite small room, but despite its size, it has every necessities. From the room opens a toilet, but the private(!) shower with key - which was really clean and nice - opens from the staircase, so don't forget your slippers :) while 2 bathrobes belonged to the room for free. (There were bigger rooms with bathroom inside, too, we just didn't chose that). Location was perfect for us, because it's right next to the railway station, from which Brussels' center can be reached by 20-30 minutes.

It was a very cosy house. The owners were delightful people. We really enjoyed their company and this is the reason we travel to such places to meet people. Our room was in the attic. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and warm. I liked that they had solar panels on the roof, which made the trip more sustainable. They had a very nice living room where we could eat our brunches.
