A very friendly welcome. Great communication, and very helpful. Modern, high quality and well maintained. Exceptionality clean. Great facilities (a lounge with a full sized bar for guests, and a kitchenette for taking breakfast or making sandwiches and tea or coffee). A very generous breakfast (extra). An extremely comfortable bed in a cozy double bed room with en-suite facilities. All the necessary modern fire safety precautions. Beautiful rural location, but not difficult to find and within easy reach of Gent and other tourist locations, it also felt very safe. Great off road parking. Very good value. The owners who live on site clearly take great pride in their property, and go out if their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally quiet area with a beautiful garden view. Out of the 13 BnBs we've stayed in Belgium, this was the best for a quiet and comfortable room (and exceptional bed) with blackout blinds. It's very apparent the hosts are inspired by their BnB and keep it to a very high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast with homemade preserves and excellent coffee.
