Jo and James are caring and thoughtful hosts. The layout of the house and rooms is clever as it provides good privacy while keeping a feeling of openness onto the garden. The property is very well maintained and it is a pleasure to stroll around the beautiful gardens while the kangaroos and birds are out and about. We found the size of the rooms to be adequate for a couple (cozy but not cramped and the bathroom is large) and tastefully decorated. James and Jo are also providing a delightful breakfast with plenty of choices and some cooked options prepared specially for the guests. We definitely recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone who wants an enhanced experience of Margaret River and will certainly be back ourselves!

Wonderful stay in a bush setting just outside of Margaret river. 5 min to the beach. Easy driving to all the wineries and hiking trails. Was nice to have breakfast provided and there was a grill and frig and microwave and electric fryer for our evening cooking needs after a long day out and about. Great books on local info!

We had such a lovely stay at Lisa and Keiran's Inn. It was so incredibly charming and perfectly curated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were fully equipt and comfortable, and the property very quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of tea and an afternoon snack provided, fridge in the room with heated towel rack for the shower, and very comfortable beds. The location is a perfect walking distance into town, the the hosts were absolutely lovely, not much more you could ask for! Thank you for a nice get-away stay

Pam and Dirk are such a nice host. They made us feel like home. Dirk provided us resourceful information about Margaret River areas, which were very useful for us to arrange day trips to those suggested places. I also liked homemade bread Pam made ☺️

The beautiful gardens around the place are a real bonus! Sitting behind the bay window in our room with my morning coffee, watching the birds having a bath was a perfect start to the day! And little details like fresh flowers on the table were wonderful. Communication with Glenn was fantastic too - ensuring a perfect stay.

Guest house is really clean and modern. Great location with ocean and perfect sunset view . Beaches, Ocean front cafe, Restaurant just 2 minutes away. Perfect for both couple and family getaway.

Hosts were the best. The room was awesome. It had all the needed amenities, and it was super clean. The bed was super comfy and managed to get a really good night's sleep! 10/10 would recommend.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my partner and I (and our little dogs) were comfortable and happy. The property is very well kept with a beautiful garden and extremely comfortable room, I haven't slept for so long in ages! It is a short walk to the main Street of Margaret River, making it very easy to get around. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.
