Great location to town and train. Excellent friendly staff. I really love the decor. With the dark wood furniture. White walls, bedspread bath. Old style charming.

I booked my room using this app and they mixed up my booking. Having said that, the whole team at Katoomba Hotel and Three Sisters Motel are amazing. My initial experience was a bit odd because of the mix up but everything went great after that. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the staff as I'm sure I wrote em somewhere in my journal but just want to give kudos to the team. You guys are amazing!

Based on the photos of the property when I booked it, I was expecting the rooms at the hotel to be older. We were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the room was. The beds were very comfortable, everything was in good condition, including the bathroom, which looked more modern than I thought it was going to be. Breakfast was simple, with a variety of breads and cereals, coffee, juice or tea. But at least it was good enough to get us up and running.

Edificio storico ricco di fascino, bellissima atmosfera, splendido giardino. Il letto era comodo e le lenzuola erano stupende. La ragazza della reception è stata deliziosa, molto cordiale e premurosa. Posizione comoda per chi arriva in treno, a pochi minuti a piedi.
