Clean room, comfy bed, very good breakfast - really liked the different kinds of bread and the portion of nuts, communication with the host was really smooth and the location was close to the kids park, the restaurants or the bus station. A big surprise for us was the Joker Card, which we got for free and gave us free access to gondolas and other attractions. Very good quality for the price we paid.

The hotel and the rooms are very nice decorated, everything was very clean. Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is located only a few minutes walking from the walking street. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. They can help you with information about hiking in the mountains. The breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choices and taste very delicous. A big plus is the Jokerpass in summer that offers free use of all the cablecars. There is a little fridge in the room and the vieuw from the balcony is great.

We have just returned from a fantastic week and already want to go straight back. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern throughout, with every detail considered. Right on the slopes so very easy ski-in, ski-out and a pleasant 15/20 minute walk to/from the centre of Saalbach which we did every evening to get dinner with no issues, although if you didn’t fancy the walk back uphill there were always plenty of taxis around in the town. Breakfast was great every day with a wide selection of different options. Our highlight was the wellness centre- amazing saunas with views overlooking the mountains, beautifully clean and every day a selection of tea, fresh water and snacks available to help yourself to while you relax. The family were such welcoming hosts, we will definitely look forward to staying again in the future.
