Fascinating (large, comfortable) rooms with 2-foot-thick adobe walls, local art/antiques displayed. Lovely courtyard, lounge with bilingual library and local art collection plus good Internet/WiFi (signal couldn’t penetrate our room, however). Very good breakfast including delicious fresh cactus fruit; hotel owners have a farm and even grow fruits in hotel courtyard. Dinner was superb. On our night the (single, fixed-price, all-included) menu was delicious tomato soup with local cheese (extra servings offered and eagerly eaten), large tender beefsteaks, flavorful roast vegetables (from that farm), choice of desserts (we ate fruit compote with nuts), excellent regional wine. The menu changes daily. Bilingual (Spanish/English) owner/manager.

Absolutely loved Hosteria Villa Cardon. A beautiful and cozy place to stay in an idyllic town. I immediately felt comfy and relaxed on arrival. All the staff members and so kind and accommodating and passionate about food, with different specialties and offerings. All the food is exquisite and made/shared with love and care. The place on has 4 rooms in total so it has a really cosy and quiet vibe. The cat, Cali gives the best cuddles. The rooms are so nicely built, designed and kept perfectly clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you stay here if you are spending time in Cachi.

It is located at the back of the owners home and has a lovely homely feel to it. The rooms are big and spotless and there's an amazing view from the patio. The shared bathroom is big and spotless too. The owners are so nice and make you feel at home straight away :)

Dear Future Guest Finca Santana is not just a place to sleep, it is a place to experience. With beautiful surroundings high up in the Andes, this unique spot offered both peace and contact with nature. This was the perfect getaway from the noisy streets of a big city for us. Adriana was a perfect host, offering knowledge about the place, tended with care over many years. She gave us both insightful facts about the local surroundings but also gave us the privacy to experience the area by ourselves. With a nice house, good food, and our own private river to take a swim, this has been one of the most unique places we have ever visited. Thank you so much for having us!

What a total surprise this place was. Amazing hotel on the hill overlooking the town. Lovely building which is fairly new, but done in a traditional style. Extensive, beautifully maintained grounds. Large outdoor swimming pool. Great views over the town. Large room, good bathroom, decent wifi, and the onsite restaurant was pretty good too. Plenty of parking. Possibly the best hotel I stayed in, all things considered, on my entire trip!

Cute rooms with decorations, big comfy bed. Got a welcome drink and snack at the restaurant next door which was a nice touch! Breakfast was standard Argentinian - bread and jam/dulce de leche.
