Stanze pulitissime (attenzione: bagno in comune, ma per noi non era un problema visto che eravamo in 6 e avevamo tutto il piano a disposizione) I padroni di casa odorabili, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un meraviglioso giardino con le amache. Le colazioni della Rosana sono top: i prodotti tipici fatte da lei o comunque sempre a km 0. Siamo sentiti a casa. Ps le spiaggette di Sevan raggiungibili a piedi, trattoria "Lavash" alla riva è molto carina.
