Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

Aman was very nice and helpful person and as he was usually playing board games with his friends in a small hut next to the apartment, we never had to wait when we needed something. A huge benefit was a kitchen as we bought a fresh Sevan troud along with seasonal vegetable and made ourselves a perfect (and very cheap) dinner.
