Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.

Villa Primo Opus, B&B in Ksamil

All units are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fridge, a kettle, a bidet, slippers and a desk. Units come complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, while some units at the guest house also boast a seating area. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels.

The host was very welcoming, he recommended multiple restaurants based on our wishes. For breakfast we could choose from around 8-10 foods and drinks. All the foods were served on individual plates and nicely presented. For each person we decided on 3 dishes - omelette, cheese and ham toast and chocolate and nutella pancake. We were very surprised because usually when given a set menu during breakfast, you can only choose one meal option, but here we could order as much as we wanted to eat. This was definitely a premium service, do not skip on this place!!! Trust us. At the front of the hotel we had a nice parking spot available. The house itself was very new and modern, the room was also very modern and stylish. There was also a balcony with a table and some chairs.

Antonela is the best host! We had such a warm welcome and it felt like we never left home. She helped us a lot with beach recommendations and reservations. Appartements where super clean and spacy. Property had a huge veranda for gatheting and chilling outside. Location is great as well. 10/10

    It a quiet place where you can stay and feel relaxed. The rooms were clean (daily clean), the food from the restaurant was good for my family (including for my toddler). I like that the chef cooked special meals for the toddler because the little boy didn't wanted to eat what was on the menu. A big pro is the private beach and the infinity pool. Staff was very friendly with a positive attitude.

    We enjoyed our stay here in October and we recommend this newly renovated hotel. The staff was friendly, the room is a good size with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, the breakfast was freshly made by the host and was delicious!     Very nice and helpful people who are willing to help you with everything. The rooms are cleaned every day. What makes it perfect is the very panoramic view, the lake on one side and the sea on the other. quiet place, free from noise. The hotel also has a private taxi which is much cheaper than the usual ones. I've been to some 5 star hotels which usually look nice. But what makes this hotel perfect is honestly the kindness and helpfulness.

    Just perfect location ,next to the city centre,still a very quiet place to be ,a private safe parking in the yard,a paved road to reach the apartment ,lovely ,friendly and very helpful hosts,stable WI-FI,well equipped for a comfortable stay,everything is clean,lovely seat on a terrace ,lots of space.Thank you for your hospitality )))
