We only been there one night , we use the apartment to have a place to sleep before taking a ferry . So we couldn’t actually enjoy the apartment, that by the way was BEAUTIFUL, very clean, very good location we walk at night to the restaurants and it was like 10’ of a beautiful walking, the shower was very good , bathroom, room very nice, and the kitchen have oven and a lot of useful things if you want to stay longer than us . I highly recommend it . And the owner was very nice !! Thank you

Our stay was easy and calm! Sitia is a small town with beautiful things to do and nice beaches and places! Polydoros and Mary are very generous and the house has an amazing view and nice decoration. Thank you for all!!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is gorgeous and the view from the apartment patio was great for watching the morning sun rise over the sea. The service was exceptional. Haris was very responsive and they were all very warm and welcoming. It definitely felt like a second home. The food at the restaurant was also very healthy and delicious!

The apartment has everything you may need (stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, tea and coffee maker, oven, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc), very clean and comfortable, and it is very well located in Sitia itself and in the area to reach other beaches and places to visit. The olive oil shampoo and shower gel felt like being in a spa. The air conditioner worked perfectly fine. The balcony had nice views to the beach with nice tables and chairs to have breakfast. The pool was very nice with sun beds and tables and chairs. Eric and his mother were very attentive, gave us incredible tips on restaurants and beaches, and other nice locations to visit according to our plans and needs. There are not many places left with such care for details and hospitality, it felt like being at home with family!

Apartment was very clean and had all new appliances and perfect for our travelling party of 3. It was extremely well located and only a 30 second walk to all the waterfront tavernas and restaurants and 1 minute away from beach. If driving there is off street near the wharf property

From the beginning the owner is always in ready to answer any questions and provides you detailed information about how to get to the apartment. I stayed only one night before departure from the port and I'd like to admit that it has a great location for walking around, tavernas, shops, harbor. It took me 10-15 min by foot from the bus station and 5-7 minutes to the ferry. The apartment itself is nice, cosy and neat. You can find everything you need for a long time staying including washing machine. It was so kind of the owner to provide some snacks and beverages. I can definitely recommend that place and I'm sure I'll come back for longer staying one day.
