The location was just perfect. It couldn't be closer to the beach. The room and the whole facility was sparkling clean. Aggelos was the best host. A kind guy always ready to help you with everything you need. Totally recommend it. I will Definitely come back. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

cool design of apartment itself and the whole area. with the location, the overall area was structured in little terraces, which made it very natural and comfy. host was fantastic, friendly and approachable. good fun, good life, we come back :)

Katerina is such a nice person and really helpful host. We came to the apartment by rented car and there was no problem with parking (about 300m from the apartment). The location of the apartment was great- close to the main street with shops and restaurants but still in very quiet alley. In my opinion apartment looks better in real than in photos. We really recommend it!

I loved that it was right on the beach, and also in the middle of Platanias, close to all the restaurants. I reallu enjoyed that it is a very relaxing hotel, we slept with windows opened, it is really silent and peacefull, although it is centrally located. it is just a few steps away from the main street and that makes a great difference. The pool is great - hidden between main building and restaurant, so it benefits from some shade during the hot hours.

We had a wonderful stay at Aetheras beach. What we like the most is that the hotel is right on the beach. Dimitris is a great host, who offers you an impeccable service and fresh orange juice every morning. You can really feel like being at home. He will recommend you the best places for food and what is worth to visit in Crete. Therefore it is a perfect place where you can feel the real Cretan hospitality. All the necessary infrastructure is around the corner, a very nice bakery, supermarkets, cosy tavernas. The room with the modern design is very clean and perfectly maintained, it has everything you need, and you can have your coffee on a terrace with a sea view. Moreover, the area is very calm without noisy bars and etc. So you really can enjoy the sound of the sea. We are very happy with our stay at Aetheras beach and had beautiful vacation in Crete. We would definitely recommend you Aetheras beach for your amazing vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alkionides. It is family run and everyone was so helpful as we had to arrange to rent a car and send for a doctor at one point. The beach is beautiful. We loved the balcony off of our room and sat outside for our own little happy hour one evening. The food at the restaurant was excellent, we had the zucchini balls every day! Breakfast we also great with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Laundry service was handy, and we used the drying rack on the balcony for towels and some hand-washed items. We also enjoyed the pool. It really felt like a resort escape. In-room coffee service was nice. Great location and easy to walk to markets and shops.
