Excellent location on the hillside. We had a room with a sea view and it was definitely worth it! The room had lots of space and the aircon was perfect to take the edge off the daily heat. Short walk down the alleyway and onto the beach, from there, into the restaurants.

A true hidden gem in Crete. This property is the most privileged and exclusive house in the whole Finix (Phoenix) bay. It is fully equipped with anything anyone might need, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. Edem house is a newly built comfortable vacation house with a massive front yard overlooking the beach, where one can relax, sunbathe or enjoy their breakfast. We are a family of four and the last time we visited the picturesque and tiny Foinikas bay was in 1995. We consider ourselves really lucky to have found Edem House available and our experience was unforgettable once more.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the location was excellent. So close to the beach and very quiet at night.

The location is perfect- it's the first hotel you get to when you get off from the ferry. The bar/restaurant is so inviting with it unique and quaint decor. The hosts were wonderful to talk to and so accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Loutro
