The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !

Simply everything. It is no mistake that this hotel has such high reviews. The rooms are great, the hotel is well designed. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond when fulfilling your needs. They even prepared a surprise for my and my partner's birthday! The breakfast is amazing, you are able to choose your own food from a predetermined list but still can add additional items if something you like is missing. It is then served to you in the morning.
