The apartment is just exactly as the pictures portray it, Top Notch, and there is nothing more to add to it. Period . On a perfect location only 200m from the main road (10 minutes from Voulisma Beach) and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. In the morning the terrace is in the shade and in the evening with a slight breeze. The local grocery store is 3-4 minutes towards the centre, but also with a great bakery and coffee shop nearby too. However, I am lost for word how great of a host, and Human Being, Xanthi is. Xanthi added the 1 to the 10 raising the bar to an 11. Wholeheartedly recommending to everyone who visits Ag. Nikolaos to stay att this gem.

The apartment was very big and has everything we really needed. In each room there was a TV, each room has also a balcony. Each balcony doors and windows has curtains. All the furnicure was very fresh, apartment is modern and really nice looking. We were located on the first floor, and we had a view on the cementary. Location of the apartment is very good as well. It is located near a small street with a lot of places to park, we were in September and always there was some spot just near the apartment to leave the car. Is was around 5-10 minutes to te center and also around 10 minutes to a big nice beach. We really enjoyed outr stay.

This apartment was far superior to some five star hotel rooms that I've stayed in. It had everything and everything was of the highest quality. The apartments even had a gym on the 0 floor. But the best part was as we had the luck to stay on the top floor the view was simply to die for. We sat on the balcony every evening having something to drink and snack on while watching this awesome view of the bay below. The support from the host was truly amazing, making sure we had settled in properly and occasionally checking in to see if there was something else we needed. We were given loads of fruit and water as well as coffee and teas and even a bottle of red wine. On the third day they came to change the sheets and towels and clean the apartment. This was a really enjoyalble stay at Citrus Exclusive and would recommend it to anyone visiting Agios Nikolaos.
